All Cakes, Pastries, Snacks and desserts are made to order especially for you!

Please note that orders with more customization needs bit more time than usual. In normal cases, we would be dispatching your orders within 15 min of the order

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since our products are perishable in nature and different products have different expiry periods, refund will depend on the type of dissatisfaction that a customer may have and will be subject to the approval of the Parti Pastries management team

Cancellation of Order shall be informed by the customer at 9037869393 with the Order ID and Reasons for Cancellation

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed between the parties, Part pastries will issue a refund to the same card/account/medium through which you have made the payment in case of cancellation. All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation. It is entirely up to Part pastries discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer other options to the customer.
